There are no surprise shipping charges added after your order is placed. Any applicable taxes, address correction fees, special handling fees, or carrier-related charges may still apply if required.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed before fulfillment.
Most available items are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after order review. Processing times may vary based on order volume, material availability, compliance review, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

California Fulfillment
All Amino Research orders ship from California.
Available shipping methods and destinations are confirmed during checkout or order review. Some destinations may be unavailable for certain materials or due to carrier/service limitations.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
If you have not received tracking within the expected processing window, contact Amino Research through the Contact page with your order details.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows that a package is lost, stalled for an unreasonable amount of time, or cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
We will review the shipment and work with you on a reasonable resolution, which may include reshipment when appropriate.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or with the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos if applicable.
We will review the issue and work to make it right. When the issue is confirmed, Amino Research may replace, reship, or otherwise resolve the affected item at our discretion.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us. We will still try to help whenever possible, but reshipment may depend on the situation, carrier status, and material availability.
